Ksenia Schlenker has more than five years of experience in the strategic and operative implementation of sustainability projects in companies across various sectors. The focus of her work is strategic sustainability reporting in the context of CSRD/ESRS, where she supports companies in implementing regulatory requirements, prioritising ESG topics and creating auditable reports. She also develops and implements sustainability and climate strategies, calculates Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), supports the setting and achievement of science-based climate targets in accordance with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and advises on climate risk analysis, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and circular economy.
Ksenia Schlenker is part of the lecturing team at the e-hoch-3 Sustainability Academy and is responsible for the optional module ESG Reporting. She is a DEKRA-certified sustainability manager in the company.
She completed her studies in Energy Management (B.Sc.) and Risk Assessment and Sustainability Management (M.Sc.) at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
