Johannes Braun has more than five years of experience in Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) in industry and research, giving him insights into a wide range of industrial and manufacturing processes. His core competencies lie in the creation of Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), and the implementation of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA). He also brings the necessary systematic approaches and pragmatic methods to tool development and strategy projects. He is a certified trainer for the LCA software openLCA and has been a lecturer at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences since 2020.
Johannes Braun is part of the lecturing team at the e-hoch-3 Sustainability Academy and is responsible for the optional modules Climate protection and Innovation Management. He is a DEKRA-certified sustainability manager in the company.
He holds a Bachelor’s (B.Eng.) and Master’s (M.Eng.) degree in Environmental Engineering from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
